Rajpur high school,
Subject: application for help from the students welfare fund
I have the honor to state that I am a regular and punctual student of class 9 bearing the roll no-1 in your school. I have been also paying all sorts of school fees since my admission into your school. But my father who was a school teacher has recently been retired from his petty service. Our family consists of eight members. I have also three school going brothers and sisters. In such condition, it is very difficult for my father to defray our educational expenses after maintaining the family. Now, it is not possible for me to continue my studies further without your help. I like to mention here I stood first in the least annual examination.
I, therefore, earnestly request you to grant me a help. I like the student’s welfare fund to continue my studies further and oblige there by.

Subject: application for seeking help from the student’s welfare found/poor found.
I beg most respectfully to state that my father is a retired school teacher. He is no longer in a position to bear my educational expenses. We are a large family consisting of six members. Four of them are studying in different schools and colleges. Unless I am awarded some financial help from the student’s welfare found/poor found of our school. I shall have no other alternative that to discontinue my studies.
In the circumstances, I most fervently pray and hope that you would be kind enough to consider my prayer favorably and do the needful enabling me to go on with my studied. For the act of your compassion I shall remain grateful.
